KLP RECORDS are back with their second release for 2014, this time with remixes of another jungle
classic “ GOOD BODY GIRL ” by DJ MONK & TICO released back in 1994.
LIONDUB & DJ MONK have been collaberating on this remix & bouncing stems back & forth from London
to New York Brooklyn via the net. They have seriously gone in on this remix keeping that
original dancehall feel but with a newskool twist, this remix is such a full flowing track with its powered
breaks and build ups and will take any dancefloor to its highest peak. The basslines so warm and it
sits perfect causing you to want to get up and jam out. The vocal says it all this remix has definitely
got GOOD BODY.
SR & DIGBEE are a duo based in Oxford & have been releasing
tracks on 36hertz Records for past few years.They have really
kept the oldskool feel to their remix with constant switching of
breaks & fills, the drums on this thump hard & snap in all the
right places giving you full complexed rollers throughout.
With a bionic vocal drop it falls into a deep sub flowing behind
its heavyweight break and vibez up the place nice keeping you
locked to the fullest. This is a massive remix 4 sure! Look out
for their forthcoming album out soon.
DJ HYBRID is based in Sussex, he owns his own label and has
been a dj/producer for several years. He takes his remix to the
roof with some lethal production skills. This has been getting
several plays from DJ MONK in his sets and you will see why.
It grips you and don’t let go, the bouncing b-lines & tight
breaks do this old jungle classic nothing but justice & the
vocal rides so smooth throughout the track. You would be a
fool to not have this remix in your selection!!!

Last of all we have LION UK who is originally from London but
now lives in Cardiff. He has gone for a deep rumbling sub bass
and a nice skip to his breaks, nicely placed vocals and original samples
that just keep you swinging to this remix.
He is really one producer to look out for!
